My stay at the hotel was a mixture of positives and negatives. Despite the room not being cleaned as requested and some issues with noise affecting my sleep, the room itself was beautiful with a fireplace and well-equipped with robes and towels for the hot tub. The service, while friendly and accommodating in unexpected situations, had a hiccup with the Fire Department needing us to move our car. The location was convenient to various attractions, but the noise disrupted my sleep quality. The dining experience was satisfactory but could have been enhanced for the price paid.
